Middle distance at steady pace.
2 very different parts to the terrain. Very difficult after 13. Orienteering good, again focusing on direction out of controls.

18- Very poor direction from 17, lost focus and missed a bit. Had to double check.

21 and finish- Very dificult to hold direction on green steep slopes. Need a better strategy to hit controls here, impossible to just use compass.
