AOOK Middle (04/02/2017)

AOOK Middle distance training day.

Some good bits, some shit bits.

1-4: Running safe pretty slowly, happy to hit 1st control well.

5: Forgot about this one haha, thought it took a long time to get from 5 to the path
6: Ran a bit far on the path looking for a place to cross scary electic fence (turned off)
7: Control on wrong knoll, was a bit too far left anyway. Thought when running out that I might have misspunched, as the control site didn't look correct. Had this in the back of my head for the rest of the race and the mistakes start.

10: wrong knoll, was quite vague around here. Then stood on correct knoll for a bit before I sawe the kite hanging low covered in snow haha.

11: Crap direction out from the open area, was quite thick. Then parallel error on the white hill.

12: Just awful haha, maybe lost 1min here. Was not really concentrating 100% as thought i had mispunched at 7.
